This product complies with the Council of Europe AP(89)1 Approved Pigments - migration of the elements antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, and selenium from the following pigments are typically below the limits set forth in the Council of Europe's resolution AP(89)1 on the use of colorants in plastic materials coming into contact with food, 13 September 1989.


This product complies with Australian Standard AS 2070-1999 Approved Pigments - migration of the elements antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, and selenium from the following pigments are typically below the limits set forth in the Australian Standard AS 2070-1999, Plastics materials for food contact use (4.1.2 Colourants), published 5 March, 1999.


This product complies with the list of the BfR Approved Pigments: Pigments are not regulated by the Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung (BfR) unless they contain dangerous substances. This pigment is free of dangerous substances and therefore do not require BfR registration.


This product is approved for use as a colorant without weight limitations in polymeric and resinous coatings under 21CFR 175.300; also approved without weight limitations under 21CFR sections 175.380, 177.1460 and 177.1900.


This product is listed on the French Positive List - Circulaire No 176 Du 2 Decembre 1959, numeros 114: cobalt aluminate blue spinel.


This pigment is listed on the Japanese JHOSPA positives list for use in specific plastics applications.
